Read my article about California Forever

I was researching this article for a couple of months, and my gung-ho opinion based on its mere physical form became more sanded down, like a sedimentary sculpture, and I realized the part that's missing is:  input from the people.  Not powerful people like the approval boards that the developer has mentioned in other articles; but people who reside and work in the county and the region. Getting input from the bottom-up is the antidote to the top-down approach they've taken thus far.

I hope California Forever gets built, because I would like to live in a New Town - I'm still dreaming of my home on a 1/4 acre.  Yes I love city living, but when work is done, I'd love to have a house. In California, you need to be rich to have a house in a town. It shouldn't be that way.

I've posted the 700 word version and the 2,000 word version.
